Les Terroirs de Suravenir, a subsidiary of the banking group Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, owner of Château Calon Ségur and Château Capbern in Saint-Estèphe, as well as Château Vray Croix de Gay in Pomerol, acquired the estate in 2020 with an ambitious development project. The choice was made to pool skills and talents for both banks. Thus, since 2022, the viticulture and vinification at château Le Prieuré are managed by the Calon Ségur’s technical team and the blending sessions are held under the advice of oenologist Eric Boissenot.
